Primary shipping methods
We use first class signed for delivery to our clients in the UK at all times and reliable signed for airmail delivery to EU addresses. Once we have received your order you will be notified, and the order will be shipped within 24-48 hours following approval. Delivery takes on average, 3 days to reach buyers in the UK and about 7 days for buyers in the EU as previously mentioned, however delays may be encountered with larger orders or due to unforeseeable circumstances.
After placing your order, you will receive an email to confirm that your order has been received and is being processed for delivery. If you don’t receive a confirmation, contact customer care as soon as possible.
Delivery Policy during Public Holidays
Delivery is dependent on the time of the year that the order has been placed. Typically, orders placed within vacation periods may take longer to be shipped out and delivered. However, we inform our clients about delays and send updates on their delivery whenever possible.
Order Cancellation
If you choose to cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, we will usually be able to process the cancellation. Cancellations can only be done if the order has not been dispatched. You can contact our customer care for more details on this.
